Very sad news of Azad passing, i visited ireland twiceand met him in rl, I spent time with him and his first wife on a visit to Belfast, I was just passing through it was a short trip but he showed us around and we went to lunch. On the second trip my husband and I went over to Belfast for a weekend stay, he took us around to the local pubs, we watched a parade with a re enactment of King Charles, he was awesome, and so was Irene his new Love. My husband loved the trip and Azad was was a superior host! I will really miss him.

I had known Azad for many many years. He was a fixture that i came to look for in Pyr. He rezzed me many times, in my misguided attempts at leveling. He always had some good advice as well. He will be sorely missed. My condolences to his family and friends.

Omg, this is very sad. I think we all loved Azad so much. He always would craft gear like swords, etc. for anyone who asked, and he always left Atys in the evening with a "Goodnight Atys, sleep well."
I will miss him a lot. *Tears, roll down....*
RIP Azad, and we will see you again. :)

The screenshots are gone with the old faulty hard drive, it was a long time ago, probably 6 or so years ago, but what came to my mind.
He quite often spent a lot of time in /afk mode next to the kami teleporter in Pyr. There was even such a word: "the statue of Azad in Pyr". And sometimes in uni there was question "Who stole the Azad statue from Pyr?" when he either logged out of the game or was busy with something else.

Azad started as a young Heavy Armsman in a Guild called Order Of The Nameless.

He was always helpful and quickly became a High Officer.

Never afraid to lead into the unknown, conquer the dark secrets of this living world.

Standing strong with his trusty Waving Sword, waiting for people to question their sanity due to its sound effects...

Slaying creatures as needed. Never backing down.

A rare sight.

Even in the largest crowds Azad can be seen, leading everyone with brave courage.

And even if the path went through a lady's bath, he never stopped...

He was also blending in with the crowd. Can you find him?

And to this day he can be seen conquering kitin lairs...

... somewhere ... sometime ...

Thank you for everything.
