What the title says. Can we have those in addition to timers on powers, auras etc? And a tooltip showing what the boost actually does? Right now these things are far from being informative.

Timers on icons were easy as that info was available on client side.

Unfortunately server does not (currently) send effect duration timer info to client.

Working on it, so maybe
