You forget that all pieces don't need the same amount of mats. i.e recipe are differents for small and big pieces composing a set.

Exactly what Wirroy said. I forgot to include a time increase to make a full set. But yes, each item type would have it's own mat requirements. I like Revvy's idea as well. But would need to include the immediate halt of bulk action if tool breaks :-P

The idea to craft a whole set in one click seems impossible to me because you may not have the same level of crafting for sleeves or torso, etc, and as Sinvader said recipes are different too.

It would be a huge thing for crafters to be able to craft an entire "set" of armor as a single openable item for a buyer.
What about an option to make more pieces in same time, like a scroll button from 1 to 100.Set to 15 and you craft x15 torso, or x15 pants (lootable or droppable) in one click.
