When I’m playing with two characters, I’m using two windows in different languages. Currently, in the first window I need to choose the language for the second window. It will be easier if I can choose the language before logging :-)

You can use client command line options to say the client which locales to use.

In case you are using the Ryzom Installer, you can set it in a profile (I am not sure if the new installer is on ryzom web, however the new version is at https://download.ryzom.com/). You can also pass command line options in Argument field of a profile.

Other option is to set the language manually in the client config file (client.cfg). Add / find and change the following line. Use two-letter codes along ISO 639-1.

Example

LanguageCode="en";

Under Mojave 10.14.5, I uninstalled my old app and run the ryzom_installer_osx.pkg. The installation is working without any problem, but in the end I don’t see any app in my applications directory!

When I put back the app and run the package, the app is updated.

The MacOs version has only one executable, the Ryzom installer.

Moniq, you are right, you can configure the Ryzom installer before launching Ryzom. I didn’t know why I was thinking it was not working. Thank you :-)
