I try: It isnt this bad now that the campfires arent eternal, but I still dont see connection between campfire and regen. It burns goo away inside you so you feel better? It kinda is way too easy to exploit or if it is too mild effect, it doesnt really give anything.

Only reason (that I can think of) why to do it would be that I heard in WoW it works this way.

Given how many times campfires have had to be changed anyways due to new and creative uses, it is not hard to imagine that adding a regen buff to campfires would result in a bit of..... creative gameplay. Anyone who ever faced an "Orb Lord" build in Hawken doesn't need to use their imagination on this one.

Would like this idea to be applied, its been long time we talk about regeneration firecamp addition..

For solo leveler it come really in handy, and this would not encourage the use of alt in certain case (and for once)

If it is done, then it's VERY important that it be non-stackable so as to keep pyromaniacs from having a regen rate comparable to Pei. And it should go without saying that the boost should be active only while sitting, and weak enough to not be a substitute for Invulnerability. I'm sure there's other "creative" uses of such an addition, but those are the ones that come to mind immediately.

Overall, I like the idea, but have reservations about the implementation.

You think that campfire giving same "buff" (using area effect) that currently sitting down does (2x maybe, I rarely sit down ) breaks the game? I have not crafted any campfire so dont know if there is resources used or are they limited in other way, but the "balancing" could be from there.

Yeah clearly, only usable when sit and not stackable, also the regen rate should not be craycray, something like +2 or +3 on the 4 main's stats overall.

Watching fire can warm you, make you focus better, and ease and calm your mind (spirit/sap) etc, the roleplay reason could be within this.

If its done like this, +1 for me :)

Too many fires should cause Fire elemental dmg :)

I think adding a flat +10% regen while sitting down would be a nice thing. nothing too strong, rather something slightly noticeable.
I know from IRL that sitting down by a fire regenerates you better and more quickly than being outside in the rain with no fire.

Regen works only while sitting down around a campfire.

Impact on game: really low. but still noticeable.
For sologrinding, not alot of time will be save - but its a nice addition.
