Je me suis réveillé d'une sieste que j'avais faite près de Staring Stronghold à Void pour me retrouver entouré de nuages de Goo là où il n'y en avait pas eu quand je me suis couché. J'ai regardé autour de moi et comparé ce que j'avais vu à ce que j'avais vu lors de la dernière incursion de Goo.

Les nuages étaient presque immobiles, contrairement aux nuages errants la première fois, mais au fur et à mesure que j'enquêtais, j'ai remarqué une sensation de démangeaison et de brûlure qui persistait tant que j'étais dans le nuage et s'estompaient dès que j'en sortais. Je n'avais pas l'impression de mettre ma santé en danger, mais avec Goo, on n'est jamais trop prudent.

J'ai ensuite procédé, comme je l'avais fait auparavant, à une enquête sur les limites de l'incursion de Goo. Ce que j'ai découvert, c'est que la profondeur de l'incursion du Goo était encore plus grande que dans le cas précédent, mais que je ne pouvais sentir les dommages que lorsque j'étais réellement dans un nuage, contrairement aux dommages habituels du Goo qui s'étendent sur une grande surface que les nuages soient présents ou non.

J'ai enquêté sur la distribution des nuages et j'ai trouvé une différence significative par rapport à l'incursion précédente. L'étendue des nouveaux nuages était la plus grande sur les bords nord et ouest du Vide et la moins grande sur les bords sud et est. La bordure sud-est du plateau de Paramount Stock était libre de nuages, mais la bordure nord du Mull of Despond était couverte presque jusqu'aux falaises (et dans un cas le Goo s'attardait au sommet d'une falaise).

Les gisements d'ambre de Paramount Stock ne semblent pas être affectés, mais le tunnel dans le Stock souffre de la Goo.

A partir de la date actuelle, Pluvia 23, 4AC, 2599, les dommages des nuages Goo peuvent être ignorés par n'importe quel homin sain, malgré l'inconfort, mais il faut faire attention à tout homin qui s'aventure dans le vide, car Goo peut changer à tout moment.

Je note que la Théocratie et le botaniste Matis Cuirinia sont conscients du problème, mais ils n'ont apparemment pas étudié l'ampleur du problème en profondeur.

Did some research with Gidget and Widget in the Void. Only had to suffer full coma three times. Not bad.
Observed:
Fifty meter aggro range for both plants (cratcha and psykopla) and beasts (gubani and najabs).
Plants leave combat at 70 meters. Beasts chase for at least 300m, possibly more. (Hard to tell when running like mad.)
Beasts aggro in groups of 4 or 5, similar to the goo-ified igaras many years ago.
Plants are acting as if they are social on a much greater distance than usual. Is the Goo making them grow a wider root system?
Beasts seem to be hitting harder than usual, and also are much stronger when attempting to kill them.
Still have not observed anything that would indicate why the plants are springing up. Beasts can be explained by summoning from the Goo contaminated psykoplas.

While harvesting in Void saw a Matis and a Tryker run by in the Goo yelling Goo!!Yeaaaaaah! . I followed as fast as I was able, and when they briefly left the Goo, I was able to see that they wore the Badge of the Goo Heads, the same tribe that was responsible for the Goo-contaminated jugula. Could they be responsible for the goo-contaminated psykoplas and cratchas?
