Wuaoi Yai-Zhio reviewed reports from various agents. There seemed to be a lot going on, and some of it was of interest to the Rangers. Kitin Patrols suddenly appearing in the Kitin Lair was especially worrying. Time to call another meeting of the new Rangers. Besides, he had a new book to show them. He pulled out a pen and wrote a brief message:
