I just want to congratulate and thank the event team for this last chain of events in the Burning Desert (drought, Frahars, etc.). There were just so many layers, plots and subplots going on. I know there was some controversy surrounding it, but I truly think it was a gem in terms of storytelling and Roleplay opportunities. And what's more important, the event was very player driven. Many things were not planned and only happened because of player input or how players reacted. Great job! Keep 'em coming =D

I wholeheartedly agree with this. This line of events has been one of the best I've ever seen in Ryzom.

How multiple different layers and subplots tied together into an over-arching series. How the weekend events tied in with build-up and ongoing progression that lasted throughout the weeks. How the choices made by the players had a real influence on how the events played out. And how there were all kinds of little happenings (that unfortunately most players probably don't even know about) aside from the main events to support the story and bring it to life. All of it was superb.

Ofcourse there were some things that "could've been better", there always are. But there were also things that were already better than anything I'd anticipated. Overall a big thumbs up! I am genuinely impressed.
