Hello, as the title says, I am looking to get rid of the guild 'Traders of Lake Superior' and of its guild hall in Avendale.

As these things go for 5 million, I am willing to trade for 2 million (or less, negotiable). Guild is kara and tryker, and of course a neutral character can also join.
