Hallo ich habe folgendes problem ich habe ein neuen Laptop mit windows 10 drauf hatte mit ryzom geladen beim install client kommt sofort eine Fehlermeldund msvcr120.dll und msvcp12.dll nicht gefunden habe dann in system 32 geschaut und die sind vorhanden ich weiß nicht weiter.

You need to install vc2013 redist from Microsoft
If using 64bit windows, then you need to install both 32bit and 64bit versions
