Does anyone happen to know the formula for calculating PF for armor and shield equipped? I've always thought it was as simple as adding stats of the shield to stats of the armor, i. e. if I wear a set of armor with 500 vs Slash and equip a shield with 200 vs Slash, I get a total of 700 vs. Slash. I did some tests recently, and the 'Max Vs' stat works that way indeed. But I got some weird results for PF, which makes me think it's different. Any thoughts?

Armor reduct first, then shield reduce on what is left

Note that if you have a non -q250 shield, it won't reduce 100% all the time on 250 attacks

Alright, thank you. One more question: at what point Max Vs. gets taken into account instead of protection % ?

It's whicever reduce the lowest : For example, if you have 20% FP, 100 max vs., and you take a 1'000 hit : FP would reduce 200, max vs 100, so you reduce only 100.

However if you take a 400 hit, FP would reduce 80, max vs 100, so you reduce only 80
