Macros to have titles appear, same as stanzas in action bar.

Currently, although collected (as in typed in a field), macros' titles do not appear once added to action bar, nor do they show when hovered over.

The titles don't, but if you edit the icons for the macro then you can add text there.

I have to say that I never would've thought to click there to edit that icon though. The only reason I even found out was I mis-clicked the macro name field once and saw that dialog pop up.
