Patch fix and addition of the SpawnPointsRestore app - 2016-12-29

A server side patch and a restart of the game server was done on December 29th, 2016 in order to implement the following fixes:

• the characters' APIs are available again;
• change of character by returning directly to the selection page of the characters has become possible again and no longer crashes the client;
•  correction of resurrection on the island of the scenographic editor;
• removal of the function of return to Silan; this function, which was part of a project in progress and not yet finished, had crept into the last patch by mistake;
• modification of the command that allows players to recover their respawn points.

In addition, the application "SpawnPointsRestore", allowing players to recover their respawn points, has just been added. If you have lost your respawn points, you just have to log in, open the WebIG (Shift + W by default), then click on the application to activate it.
