IDEAS FOR RYZOM

Hi,

The Steam client still does not display the bar for guild halls correctly, as seen here:

For a GH that full, expected would be to see the bar almost full.

I do understand that showing a full bar at all times is not really useful, and most guilds will probably want to keep a full vault. Maybe another system could be found that would meaningfully indicate on the screen how much space is actually used up in a guild hall? :)

The first set of numbers (783/1000) represents the number of slots (individual items or stacks of items) that are filled.

The second set ( 9934.50/10000 ) represents the *bulk* of the stored items. Especially if you are storing stacks of materials, the bulk grows much more rapidly than the number of items.

I never pay attention to the green bar, but I agree that it should more accurately represent the bulk, just as it does in your bag.

If the bar get to the maximum, the floor of your hall collapse and part of the mats will fall down in another guildhall from the same building. But if that hall is full too, this may cause a chain reaction...
Take a good insurrance !

Yes Bittty - that is why I took the trouble of getting the tooltip in the picture. Bulk at 99xx / 10000, yet the yellow bar is below half...

Maybe the bar is indexed on the weight ? that was the thought my joke originate with.

Anyway it's not specific to the new client, it must have always been.
