Having a weapon for hand to hand combat instead of just using your fists for example boxing gloves or even a abilty that has a melee, magical componant that adds force to your punches.

Pairs of cheap magic amps ARE boxing gloves :D

It would be nice if slow attack would work with them, since they do smashing damage

As Placio says .. punch thing once, nuke down the mob with enchants.

If you already have another mastery, at early levels of h2h you can even punch several things first, and THEN nuke them down while standing still and triggering enchants. It's very fast.
