First off, I am NOT complaining about the fame system in any way, shape, or form.

Secondly, I know that fame is counted in fractional increments, although the display, in game, it is displayed in whole numbers.

Now, my question is concerning about the details of Fame and missions.

My current Kami fame is 93. I have noticed that as Kami/Karavan increases, it is getting more difficult to increase my Kami/Karavan fame. So, what I am trying to figure out is how the relationship between current Kami/Karavan fame and the next higher level of Kami/Karavan fame.

I have looked on BMsite for this information, to no avail, although I KNOW that I am stuck in the Kami/Karavan fame "crunch" as I do more and more missions for the Kami/Karavan, the less I get on the return of the missions.

Just asking....

Since I do Kami missions in all four continents, I will want some information other than just the Matis missions

regardless of kami/karavan and fyros/matis/tryker/zorai missions, the progress for each is the same respectively. kami and karavan both get the same amount of fame regardless of which your doing, the same is true for the various civ's.

that being said, the data from X can be applied to the understand the data for Y. (where x would be karavan and y would be kami)

thus regardless of which path you choose, the amount of effort for either is EXACTLY the same to reach the end goal of max fame.

Yeah, I thought that the fame was equal between Kami and Karavan, although many people had told me that it was, for some insane reason, easier in Karavan than in Kami.

But, I would like some sort of "metric" (I guess) as to the exact numbers for getting my Fame to 100, since it is getting HARDER to raise my fame the closer I get to 100.

Is there any numbers (none on BMsite) that can give me a clue as to when I will get my fame raised to 100? It is almost grueling for me right now, and I know it will be worse the close my fame get even closer to 100.

But how hard, it would be nice if I had some numbers to give me a clue.

Maybe I should start another character to measure that trial, from Kami fame of 0 (zero), and report on that...... I guess.....

while i don't have a metric for you, i can say that as you get closer to 100, the number of missions you have to do per point does increase, and for the last point, it's somewhere around 25 bandit missions for the last point.

even with the BM fame tracker (via app zone, add the bm app, then open said app, look on the right hand for "fame tracker", click this BEFORE doing a fame mission, wait at least one save after completion of a mission then click the "refresh" button on the window, it will give you the metric for that mission's fame reward)
getting a base line set of numbers would be a long process of work.

i know that for myself, it starts out going quickly, but as you get closer and closer to the final goal it slows down (when working towards 100 fame), i would be nice if the fame window gave real numbers vs the current system, because who reads the wiki to ever see the explanation on how fame is rewarded from missions?
