Kami'ata,

Due to recent happenings in Min-Cho, I would like to call for an assembly of the Circles to discuss the following matters:

- A cure is needed for Kwaï Suki, who has been infected by the Goo;

- Reports of an unknown beast or monster attacking homins and other animals in Grove of Umbra.

This assembly can be locally in Min-Cho, since these issues are all happening in that region. Or it can be a national Zora assembly in case the Sages feel like these affairs concern the Theocracy as a whole.
