Problems with downloading the game for Windows - Technical Support

Hello all,

I played Ryzom on my Mac for a while and now I tried downloading it on my Windows PC (Windows 7 64bit).
I followed the official link on the Ryzom website and downloaded "ryzom_setup_644.exe". When I try to execute it, the following error occurs:
"Installer integrity check has failed. Common causes include incomplete download and damaged media. Contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy."
I downloaded it several times so I think it should be complete.
Is that problem known to anybody?

What's the exact file size of the file you downloaded? Is it always same after downloading? Could you try another browser?

I have just now downloaded the client from http://kent.dl.sourceforge.net/project/ryzom/ryzom_setup_644.exe and installed it. I can confirm the installer isn't broken. Are you using the chrome browser by chance? I noticed it tends to abort downloads from time to time, very odd behaviour.

The filesize was for my download as follows

19.10.2015  19:56     1.501.611.693 ryzom_setup_644.exe
