1 Code of Conduct
Tamarea: There are more and more misconducts on the forum: rude language, or more often disrespectful towards others (other players, Ryzom teams, or a players community). If everyone does not agree, if there are ideas confrontations and opinions shared, that's normal. But if it leads to rude or disrespectful words, it's not normal anymore. That's why the Support team gets together to fight against any misconduct on the forum, so that everyone respects again the CoC. Any infringement to the CoC on the forum will be moderated, lead to a warning, and in case of repeat offence, to sanctions going from a temporary to a definitive ban on the forum. We are relying on everyone's manners for our forum to become again pleasant to read at any time. Thanks.

Zatalyz: It may be interesting to start a thread on the forum, on the behavious you're supporting and the ones you don't want to see. I know everyting is in the CoC, but lots of players just flip through all this, alas. A thread on the forum will also have the merit of allowing everyone to ask his questions in order to understand what is awaited from him.
Remigra: I like the scheme. with that players know the team cant be kidding anymore and they will take it seriously in future. Some users just think that nothing will ever happen, so we should show them we are going serious now, although some actions might be not that pretty.

The team is running well,  the arrival of new people has allowed to refloat the ranks of the French CSR.  EN recruitment is still open, but other ones are closed for now since there are enough DE and FR CSR.

- Huge days and very short nights for the small team of CSR volunteers, who had to be present on all fronts 24/24 (to welcome players in game and answer their many questions, to answer tickets, to answer on the Steam forum and the WebIG forum) (CSR = Customer Services Representative = member of Support Team)
- Continuing requests for character restorations!
- Several applications received to join the Support team
- Comeback of a former CSR EN (Sergan)
