1 Code de Conduite
Tamarea : Il y a de plus en plus de dérapages sur le forum : langage grossier ou le plus souvent irrespectueux envers autrui (envers d'autres joueurs, envers les équipes de Ryzom, ou envers une communauté de joueurs). Que tout le monde ne soit pas d'accord, qu'il y ait des confrontations d'idées et des avis donnés, c'est normal. Mais que cela mène à des propos irrespectueux ou grossiers, ça ne l'est plus. C'est pourquoi l'équipe de Support se mobilise pour lutter contre tout dérapage sur le forum, pour que chacun y respecte de nouveau le Code de Conduite. Toute entorse au Code de Conduite sur le forum fera donc l'objet de modération, d'un avertissement, et en cas de récidive, de sanctions allant d'un ban provisoire à définitif sur le forum. Nous comptons sur la civilité de chacun pour que notre forum redevienne agréable à lire à tout moment. Merci.

Zatalyz: Ce serait peut-être intéressant de lancer une discussion sur le forum, sur les comportements que vous encouragez et ceux que vous ne voulez pas voir. Je sais que tout est dans le code de conduite, mais nombre de joueurs se contentent de survoler ça, hélas, une discussion aura aussi le mérite de permettre à chacun de poser ses questions afin de mieux comprendre ce qui est attendu.
Remigra: J'aime le principe. Comme ça, les joueurs savent qu'on ne peut plus se moquer de l'équipe, et ils la prendront au sérieux à l'avenir. Certains utilisateurs pensent simplement que rien ne peut leur arriver. Donc nous devrions leur montrer que nous sommes sérieux maintenant, même si certaines actions pourraient ne pas être jolies.

The team is running well,  the arrival of new people has allowed to refloat the ranks of the French CSR.  EN recruitment is still open, but other ones are closed for now since there are enough DE and FR CSR.

- Huge days and very short nights for the small team of CSR volunteers, who had to be present on all fronts 24/24 (to welcome players in game and answer their many questions, to answer tickets, to answer on the Steam forum and the WebIG forum) (CSR = Customer Services Representative = member of Support Team)
- Continuing requests for character restorations!
- Several applications received to join the Support team
- Comeback of a former CSR EN (Sergan)
