It is ugly. It is a degrade. BUT it is boosted, making it the perfect teaching aid for the annoying male in your life!* So what are you actually getting for your dappers?

The max damage of q250 mace is 662; this is 665, so effectively the damage of a q250 mace.  It has -20 adv parry, the max for a unboosted mace.  2 hpm more than a max speed unboosted mace. So although a degrade it is still far better than a q250 mace for dps.  Agreed, it is only 4 parry, but who cares about parry on a 2-hand PvE mace? 



*Repeatedly smashing a male on the head with a mace may not be the most effective pedagogic strategy, but it is the most satisfying!

Can this be used for when the woman in my life isn't standing at the door with my newspaper and a fresh cold beer for when I come home, while she's at the same time cooking my dinner and ironing my shirts?
Oh and lets not forget the bathtub has to be filling with steaming hot water.

And bina is death poor now, somebody told her appartements are 10mil dapper, so she's been giving 10mil to poor boobs to buy appartements. Wich in all respect wasn't her best buisiness venture since she's kind of bankrupt last i heard living of scraps left behind by me at the campfire.
