Check the cfg/ folder in your ryzom installation, you have the preset value in it. Take the one in client_cpu_1.cfg, client_gpu_1.cfg, client_ram_256.cfg, client_vram_32.cfg

Icus (atys)Check the cfg/ folder in your ryzom installation, you have the preset value in it. Take the one in client_cpu_1.cfg, client_gpu_1.cfg, client_ram_256.cfg, client_vram_32.cfgThanks for the tips. I used the lowest settings (I think):cat cfg/client_vram_32.cfg cfg/client_gpu_1.cfg >> client.cfgBut this does not work. More precisely:* the login screen works perfectly* the avatar selector works, but really slowly and with CPU at 100%: it requires 1 or 2 seconds for each refresh (for example when some part of the screen are displayed after being hidden, or between each step of the fading/shading effect)* the in-game screen keep desperately black with CPU 100%.How can I fix this or understand what goes wrong?

Other games - they give you a cookie whether you succeed or not, in fact you don't even have to participate. Ryzom takes your cookie, eats it in front of you, and slaps you 2 or 3 times for bringing a cookie in the first place.
