1/ j'étais à la recherche d'un jeux où le Jeux de rôle puisse occuper une place importante et où le modèle économique exclurai une boutique de booste et d’accessoires et autre objet déséquilibrant le RP au profit de la CB.
Google et les forums m'ont attiré, Silan m'a convaincu et la communauté m'a accroché sur le continent.
Le Free to play fut un argument Majeur.

2/ oui, des jeux de la famille Game Forge.

3/ MS-Windows (xp, 7, 8) et GNU-Linux (Ubuntu)

4/free to play au début (jusqu'a mon premier 125), je me suis abonné depuis et je ne regrette pas.

1) Found ryzom due to heise.de reporting that the free software foundation tries to buy our a game to make it open source. Must have been about for five years ago. Possibly at the same time as daomei heard about it.

2) I did play some but very few gfx intense games before. No mmo games at all. Only table top role playing games.

3) Linux, Ubuntu with old nvidia gfx card, and on a laptop when travelling. Then sometimes on Linux, sometimes on win 7 or 8.1

4) ha. I subscribed immediately after reading the article. But started playing only a year after or so. Subscribed the wife way before she started playing as well. This is as good as it gets. Imho the best open source game of all times. Let's keep it alive :-)

Found it in Ubuntu App Store.
Since then I've heard about static clients etc but, in almost a year have only ever had 1 problem with the Version from App Store.

Yes. Have played a few MMORPG games over the years.

1. Local blogger tried the game and recommended it for its complexity and atmosphere.

2. It's my first in the mmorpg genre, but I did play other graphics-intensive games (shooters, racing, etc).

1. Started over 5 y ago. Looked for 3d fantasy mmorpg to run on old win xp 1.2 ghz system.
Scanned mmorpg lists at mmorpg.com and playmassive.de.
Ryzom was playable + nice graphics + someone started friendly talk.

2. adventures, fantasy rpgs: TES, Gothic, Sacred etc. Ryzom 1st online game.
Meanwhile exploring other mmorpgs too.

3. current system win 8, lots of ram, ghz and cores. no problems with Ryzom.
