IDEAS FOR RYZOM

I know this idea will be shot down but here goes anyway..

OP wars are a hot topic at the moment and I know a certain faction is quite happy with the current situation but here's an idea to stop something that's really not right.

At present a 1 man guild can declare on any OP and with the backing of their faction have a good chance of getting it, so.....

How about we set rules defining the guild size and the time you have had active members before you can declare.

Now..before everyone pipes up and says they can just swap guilds before the declaration, which is sad and desparate by the way, I think you need to have so many actives guildies for a number of weeks before you can declare. Although I bet the number of F2P toons invited to a guild would go up as one way to get around this, again sad and pathetic

There should also be a minimum number of guildies from the attacking guild at the OP battle itself, it you can't get the numbers the battle does not start and you lose you dappers.

My immediate question is: What is the problem that this is a "solution" to?

You're right, a one-man team (guild) can't even beat the guards. So I suggest the minimum amount of people is set at two, as there is proof two-man teams can beat four rounds in a q200 OP.

Since everyone was fine with this in the past, I'm sure everyone will be fine with it now ;)
