La Chambre des Nobles du Sommet Verdoyant s’est réunie au Palais Royal d’Yrkanis le 11h - Quinteth, Germinally 5, 3rd AC 2627*, sous la direction de Sa Majesté Stevano-Karan, et en présence de Filira Zagabranth, membre du Haut-Conseil.


Étaient présents :
Filira Copal, Scribe Royal et Ambassadeur du Royaume
Filira Salazar, Historien Royal
Filira Zakkk, Noble du Royaume

Ser Nilstilar, Ambassadeur du Royaume
Ser Cionae, sujet du Royaume
Serae Canillia, sujette du Royaume
Serae Shepeng, sujette du Royaume

Ser Fleurdetuber, ambassadeur de la Fédération
Ser Ulymorus, ambassadeur de l’Empire
Ser Zorroargh, représentant des Rangers**


Stevano-Karan a ouvert la session par la traditionnelle prière à Jena.


Les Maisons présentes ont ensuite partagé leur actualité.
La Firme était représentée par Filira Zakkk et Serae Shepeng, mais n’a fait part d’aucune nouveauté.
Serae Canillia a indiqué qu’elle avait été réintégrée dans l’ordre Alkiane par Filirae Aylia, mais que celle-ci avait de nouveau disparu.
Ser Cionae a présenté sa nouvelle maison, Les Fervents de Jena, et s’est engagé à tendre vers l’excellence.
Filira Salazar n’avait pas de nouvelles de l’Order of the Argo Navis.
Enfin Filira Copal travaille à acquérir les compétence nécessaire à son rôle de chef des Gardiens du Savoir.


Stevano-Karan a ensuite donné des nouvelles de la Maison Royale.
La Karae a tenu sa cour récemment et continue à œuvrer avec la Karaedin à la culture matis.
Le Karin Aniro est pris par une enquête.
Et le Karin Manalitch poursuit sa formation en tant que futur conseiller de son frère.


Puis la parole a été donnée aux ambassadeurs.
Ser Fleurdetuber a indiqué que les Lacs venaient de subir une attaque de kitins blancs près de Fairhaven. Il a également déploré la multiplication des foreuses maraudeurs.
Ser Ulymorus a lui aussi signalé des attaques de kitins blancs dans le Désert mais a affirmé successivement que l’Empire bénéficiait de l’aide des maraudeurs et des plodéros pour se défendre.
Ser Zorroargh a expliqué qu’il remplaçait le représentant officiel des Rangers, et que ceux-ci étaient en pleine réorganisation suite à la mort, la retraite ou la disparition de nombre de leurs dirigeants.
Enfin Filira Copal a complété le tour d’Atys avec le Pays Malade où il ne se passe rien de notable.


Le reste de la séance s’est tenu à huis-clos.

The Nobles Chamber of the Verdant Heights has gathered in the Royal Palace of Yrkanis, on 11h - Prima, Thermis 25, 2nd AC 2631*, and was lead by His Majesty Stevano-Karan , and in the presence of Filira Zagabranth, member of the High-Council.

Filira Copal, Royal Scribe and Ambassador of the Kingdom
Filira Salazar, Royal Historian
Filira Dukenono, Noble of the Kingdom

Ser Nilstilar, Ambassador of the Kingdom
Ser Cinabre, vassal of the Kingdom
Serae Canillia, vassal of the Kingdom
Serae Liosta, vassal of the Kingdom

Ser Fleurdetuber, ambassador for the Federation

Stevano-Karan opened the session with the traditional prayer to Jena.

Then he gave news of the Royal House. The Karae is looking forward to meeting her vassals again at her next Court, and the Karin Manalitch is continuing his training with the Royal Army. This information was overshadowed, however, by the announcement that the Karin Aniro and the Karaedin Nirni would be parents at the first AC 2632, Praise be to Jena.

The Houses present then shared their news.
Serae Liosta reported the return of Filira Dukenono, as well as the integration of a new member, Serae Staeflina, into la Firme.
Serae Canillia mentioned several absences within the Alkian Order, without any apparent cause for concern.
Filira Copal is still alone among the Guardians of Knowledge.
As is Filira Salazar in The Order of the Argo Navis.
Finally, Ser Cinabre presented his young house, Synoeca.

The floor was then given to the ambassadors.
Ser Nilstilar resigned as ambassador. Ser Cinabre has volunteered to take his place, which has been approved with the condition of a period of tutoring by Ser Nilstilar and Serae Canillia. This appointment is subject to the assessment of Ser Cinabre's progress by the acting ambassador at the end of this period.

Filira Copal reported news from the Theocracy, which was non-existent in the absence of a Circles assembly for several cycles.

The Rangers had not sent a representative.

Ser Fleurdetuber, ambassador for the Federation, simply reported that it was prospering and hoped to maintain excellent relations with the Kingdom.


The rest of the meeting was held behind closed doors.
