La Chambre des Nobles du Sommet Verdoyant s’est réunie au Palais Royal d’Yrkanis le Quinteth, Thermis 29, 4ème CA 2580*, sous la direction de sa Grâce le Duc Rodi di Varello, conseiller du Karan Stevano.

En accord avec la réunification des assemblées des Nobles et du Clergé, la Clerc Novice Shepeng a ouvert la session par une fervente prière à la Déesse.

Sa Grâce le Duc Rodi a ensuite anobli la cheffe de la Maison “Liberi Margus”, Serae Remigra, en accord avec les nouvelles règles régissant les anoblissements de droit. Celle-ci a immédiatement juré une nouvelle fois de servir fidèlement le Karan, le Royaume et Jena.
Filirae Ozwomen a également proposé les noms de deux membres de sa Maison pour une élévation semblable : Ser Fateciy et Serae Cocogirl. Elle fera parvenir un dossier en ce sens à Sa Grâce afin de justifier ce qui rend ces deux homins dignes d’une telle récompense.

Serae Alco, ambassadrice auprès de la Fédération, a ensuite rapporté les dernières nouvelles en provenance des Lacs.
Tout d’abord, l’offre de deux sièges au collège d’étude pour le kitin des profondeurs a été transmise officiellement. Les noms des participants trykers devraient être connus après la prochaine assemblée des Taliari.
Sur le plan commercial, une route de l’eau et de la bière est prévue entre les Lacs et le Désert. Les détails restent à surveiller, car certaines rumeurs font état d’un possible échange d’armes en sous-main à cette occasion. L’ambassadrice Alco restera vigilante sur ce point.
Par mi les autres points annexes, les bannières des villes tryker sont terminées à l’exception de celle de la capitale. L’étude des flyners n’a pas été abordée, car le responsable avait du partir. Des débats ont eu lieu quant à la présence de maraudeurs parmi les Guardians of Shadows. Les gardes fédéraux vont d’ailleurs être rappelés de Windermeer, et leur stationnement à Crystabell fera l’objet d’une prochaine décision locale.
Enfin, le marché tryker devrait ouvrir dans les débuts de Medis, 1er CA, 2581.
Par ailleurs, la responsable des Guardians of Shadows a laissé sous-entendre qu’elle et les siens entretenaient des velléités de rapprochement avec les Trytonistes. La question de savoir s’il fallait, ou non, informer la Kuilde de cette résurgence en territoire tryker n’a pas été tranchée lors des débats publics. Serae Alco portera une attention particulière aux développements de cette affaire.

L’ambassadrice Ozwomen assistera prochainement à la première assemblée des rangers depuis sa nomination, et y présentera donc ses lettres de créance.

L’ambassadeur Erminantius a enfin fait part de la désaffection importante des Zoraïs pour leur gouvernement : rares étaient les initiés présents aux diverses assemblées auxquelles il a assisté. Et il n’a reçu aucune réponse à la proposition de deux sièges dans le collège pour l’étude des kitins des profondeurs.

Enfin, Sa Grâce a donné la parole à une homine de race fyros qui l’avait réclamée sans grande distinction dès le début de la Chambre. Celle-ci n’a pas fait une impression favorable et a été finalement expulsée après avoir réclamé avec véhémence une armée d’une centaine de nos soldats à placer sous son commandement. Tout cela parce qu’elle aurait vu des kitins dans une kitinière. Les propos incohérents de Deamla, c’est le nom que l’homine a donné, auraient été ignorés purement et simplement si Filirae Ozwomen n’avait pas également rapporté des observations troublantes de gros kirostas en divers points du Royaume. En l’état, Sa Grâce a demandé aux Nobles d’effectuer les vérifications nécessaires.

Cet incident a clos la partie publique de la Chambre.

The Nobles Chamber of the Verdant Heights has gathered in extraordinary session in the Royal Palace of Yrkanis, on Prima, Pluvia 7, 1st AC 2581*, and was lead by His Grace the Duke Rodi di Varello, counsellor of the Karan Stevano.

The unique subject of this extraordinary gathering of the Nobles Chamber was the question of the participation, or not, of the Fyros in the tournament organised by Serae Zendae in order to prove that she had the required abilities to fulfil the position of Master of Arms that she’s applying to.

At the previous assembly in Yrkanis, it had been envisioned to invite the Fyros with reservations that the matis trainings would be convincing. Since then, the local assembly in Avalae has decided against such an invitation. Advices from Davae and Natae have then been required.
Waiting of the final decision, the date for the tournament has been postponed***.

As a preamble, Serae Zendae has reported on the trainings that have already taken place. Especially, she has thanked the House La Firme for its regular participation, and for the attendance of some of its seasoned warriors who will reinforce the matis team for the tournament.
Serae Zendae has also said she was aware of the specific obligations of the cities of Davae and Natae, and is then ready to agree with them on adapted schedules to allow them to join in the trainings.
Nonetheless, and in as things stand at present, Serae Zendae doesn’t have the two big matis teams she considers to be required to have a reasonable chance to see Matis win.

The cities of Davae and Natae have then voted in favour of inviting the Fyros.
Filira Zakkk indicated that the House La Firme didn’t see any opposition for inviting the Fyros. The minutes of the last Avalae assembly mentioned nonetheless that the advice of this city was against allowing the fyros patriots to join in. Ser Copal has also precised that the leader of his House, Filira Erminantius, had worried during said assembly, that the ones who would vote in favour of the invitation wouldn’t be joining in the tournament.
Cities of Davae and Natae have then explicitly committed, through Filiraei Remigra and Ozwomen, to provide fighters.

As a consequence, the Fyros will then be allowed to join in. Nonetheless, due to the lack of official relationships with the Empire, there will be no official invitation. Moreover, a limit of two teams per nation will be added in the tournament rules. Serae Zendae being in charge of this task.

The Chamber has then been closed, and most of the attendees have gone to the Arena for an impromptu training, where they have been joined by some additional subjects.

Die Kammer der Adligen der Grünen Anhöhen fand sich zusammen im königlichen Palast in Yrkanis am Dua, Folialy 14, 3. AZ 2581*. Sie wurde von seiner Majestät Stevano-Karan geleitet.

Durch die Abwesenheit der Novizin Shepeng, welche sich verspätet hatte, stimmte Stevano-Karan selbst das Gebet an Jena an, welches diese Sitzung der Kammer der Adligen eröffnete.

Stevano-Karan sprach alsdann das erste wichtige Thema an, nämlich sein Bestreben die botanische Kunst der Matis wieder zu der Pracht und Erhabenheit, die sie einst innehatte, zu verhelfen. Also betraute er den angesehenen Botaniker Cuiccio Perinia mit der Aufgabe einzigartige botanische Schöpfungen herzustellen. Angefangen mit einer Barriere aus Pflanzen von umwerfender Schönheit, welche dazu in der Lage sein soll Yrkanis Schutz zu bieten. Die Matis-Vasallen welche diese Unternehmung unterstützen wollen, können das am Hof der Karae tun, welcher sich bald*** zu diesem Thema zusammenfinden wird.

Filira Zakkk erwähnte dann, dass er eine überraschende Entdeckung im Kitin-Nest im Almati Wald gemacht hat. Ein "Ding", das wächst und welches er nicht fähig war zu identifizieren, welches aber die Kitins in der Nähe zu verstören scheint. Es befindet sich in einem der Korridore die zum Haupt-Gelegeraum führen. Es wird alsbald eine Expedition entsendet um dieses Phänomen zu untersuchen. Die Alkian Order, Filirae Remigra und die Gardiens du Savoir haben sich bereits freiwillig gemeldet die Expedition zu begleiten.
Die Frage über die Befugnisse der Ranger über das Kitin-Nest kam zur Sprache, aber der Karan erinnerte alle daran, dass die Ranger nur mit der Überwachung des Kitin-Nests beauftragt sind. Also werden sie als solche über die Expedition informiert werden. Einzelheiten werden zwischen den Beteiligten nach der Sitzung geklärt.

Stevano-Karan ließ dem Haus La Firme dann die bemerkenswerte Ehre zu Teil werden, in den Stand eines Adelshauses erhoben zu werden. Als Belohnung für die maßgebliche Beteiligung seiner Mitglieder an seinem und dem Hof der Karae, an der Organisation von Veranstaltungen wie der letzten Modenschau oder an den Kriegsanstrengungen des Königreichs.

Daher wurde die Versammlung in gleicher Weise wie das letzte Thema fortgeführt, mit einer Beteiligung von Serae Zendae über den Trainings-Status des Matis-Teams für das anstehende Turnier. Na-Karan zeigte sich sehr enttäuscht, dass nur ein Team gebildet wurde um das Königreich zu vertreten, da er zwei erwartet hatte. Serae Zendae wird alsdann ihre Bewerbungsgespräche fortsetzen, um ein zweites Team aufstellen zu können. In der Zwischenzeit gratulierte Stevano-Karan den Vasalllen die sich bereits freiwillig gemeldet haben und versicherte ihnen, dass er seine Augen auf sie gerichtet lassen würde. Beginnend mit dem Tag des Turniers, da es von seiner Anwesenheit geehrt sein wird.

Als dieses Thema erledigt war, wurde das Wort den Botschaftern erteilt.
Serae Alco deutete an, dass es nichts neues aus dem Seenland gab und Filira Erminantius berichtete einen Mangel an Veränderung der Lage in den Verdorrenden Landen.
Die einzige Nachricht von den Rangern war die Ernennung bzw. die Verlängerung der Botschafter. Filirae Ozwomen listete die Namen Zorroargh für das Königreich, Daomei für die Theokratie, Geyos für das Imperium und Kiwalie für die Föderation auf.

Nach einem technischen Teil bezüglich des Status von Ser Khalaoden, welcher als Übersetzer für die Vasallen von Davae tätig ist, aber selbst kein Vasall ist und somit nur an öffentlichen Sitzungen der Kammer teilnehmen kann, erinnerte Filira Salazar daran, dass er vom Karan damit beauftragt war die Unterschiede in den Erinnerungen der Homins zu untersuchen. Das Eingreifen der Karavan im Almati Wald hat sicherlich dazu beigetragen die Gründe zu erklären, aber es ändert nichts an den Konsequenzen. Als Antwort auf die Frage von Filira Salazar bestätigte Stevano-Karan, dass er diese verschiedenen Erinnerungen gesammelt und in der Bibliothek**** aufbewahrt haben will. Filira Salazar sagte von sich selbst, dass er sich als Historiker sehr wohl der notwendigen Auflagen für öffentliche Dokumente im Gegensatz zu Dokumenten die nur Historikern zugänglich sind bewusst ist.

Nach einer Erinnerung an den Respekt der dem Karan gebühren sollte, trug die Novizin Shepeng das Gebet vor, welches das Ende der Kammer einläutete und die Sitzung wurde beendet.

Cette assemblée, comme toutes les Chambres des Nobles, n'est pas publique. Elle est ouverte uniquement aux Nobles Matis, Sujets Matis et aux Ambassadeurs des autres Nations.

La Filirae Luxee se préparait pour la guerre. Elle jeta un oeil sur le parchemin annonçant une réunion des nobles du royaume et haussa les épaules pensant qu'il y avait des priorités. Elle irait à la prochaine.. peut être...

A Karavan agent**


The Novitiate Shepeng has open the session with the traditional prayer to Jena.


Stevano-Karan has then addressed directly the topic of this Assembly, namely the recent kitin attacks against Yrkanis.
On this subject, a Karavan Agent was also attending and has shared the observations of the Karavan, especially about the increased activity of the kitins in the Knoll of Dissent, that leads to consider that a massive attack will take place against Yrkanis in the coming days, in all likelihood around Folialy 25. The Karavan has installed a net of sensors around the Knoll in order to sound the alarm in case of the kitins crossing the border. Moreover, the forces of the Karavan will join the defenders of Yrkanis at the gates of the town as a last resort.
The Karavan agent was also intereste in the homin recent activity around the Tunnel of Woe. So Filirae Ozwomen detailed her last expeditions, the big number of kitins that could be observed in the tunnels, and the presence of a strange blue kipesta.
The first expedition hadn’t caused any abnormal activity of the kitins on the sensors of the Karavan, but the second one caused a very aggressive reaction on their part, including an attack against Yrkanis. The white rotoa of the Almati Woods has been considered as a possible source for a general disorder in the kitins behaviour; but the Karavan couldn’t confirm nor disprove any relationships, since Almati is out of reach of their sensors.
On the other hand, the presence of the so-called Deamla, whose presence had already disturbed a previous Chamber of the Nobles, has been confirmed during the second expedition, where her behaviour could only be called raging madness. The Karavan agent incidentally confirmed that this homina was considered as possibly dangerous, and that she had once belonged to a now disappeared organisation that fought kitins called “Council of Homins”, of which she could have kept some powers or knowledge. The Karavan agent strongly suggested to keep her away from any new expedition to the kitin-lair until her responsibility, or lack of, for the kitins irritation can be proven. And to question her as soon as possible.
Finally, the Karavan agent mentioned that she would ask her superiors for data that could be shared with the homins regarding the big blue kipestas, who are moving between the kitin nests and fortresses, and seem to act there as messengers or even ambassadors.
She finally took note of the news transmitted by Filira Erminantius, regarding the kitin of the depths kept captive that seem to be far less vigorous than it used to be.

In answer to all these worrisome news, the priority given by the Karan was to face the imminent invasion. So he tasked the Master of Arms Zerae with the preparation of a defence strategy, and the Nobles and attending ambassadors with the gathering of as many vassals and allies for this.


The Novitiate Shepeng has then pronounced the closing prayer, and the session has been closed.

Naema decided this information about this 'Deamla' interested her. She wanted to know more of this 'Coucil of the Homins.'

 Where did they come from? What was their agenda? What was their power or knowleged? What was Deamla's involvement and why was it so disturbing? What did she do?

Maybe it was an avenue Naema wanted to help and pursue as well. Her anger at the Matis government was at a fever pitch!
