Unable to edit profile? - TECHNICAL SUPPORT / WEB APPs BUGS

After editing my profile (either ingame or through app.ryzom.com), and applying the edit, the page refreshes as blank, and no changes are saved.
Here's a screenshot of what I see:

After reloading the profile, no changes have occurred; profile remains unedited.
Almost as if my profile is read-only. No errors are given, just this screen.
Any thoughts? (This happens in IE11,FF30, Chrome, and via ingame WebIG.)

I just tested editing my profile by going to WebIG (in a separate browser) > Profile > click [edit]

I then edited the text to add a current news item. Then I hit [submit] and all my entries were saved.

Possibilities suggest themselves: 1) you didn't hit [submit] or if you did, the system did not recognize it.
2) Since I believe you are f2p, editing the profile may be limited to paid chars. In a little bit I will test out that proposal.

3) The devs are out to get you and have crafted bugs especially for your account. I regard this as a low probability. :)

Created f2p account and edited profile successfully. That leaves 1 and 3 as possibilities.

Yes, I hit submit. :) That's the result I get from it. Both ingame and via browser.
Tried numerous times both at home and at work, on different computers and different browsers.
No errors are thrown to the browser dev console, which leads me to believe it's server-side...

Eh. They've got bigger things they can work on, rather than this localized error.
I'd rather not waste devs' time on something only I seem to be experiencing (afaik).

Wel youre not the only one. I have the same problem. Whatever i put in, it alway's ends up that i'm i refugee :(
