If I had to guess I think Rochar is referring to the icons associated with each skill/action set. i.e. the icons in the action bar and in the skill tree for each action.

Well, in that case, you can inspect them in the ryzom assets site to find out what the dimensions are, and make new ones. Since they're in the client you could compile the client and change them in your viewpoint if nothing else. (Not necessarily true if you are in Windoz, since I'm not sure we can compile the windoz client.)
