How does one go about unsubbing or canceling an account that has a recurring subscription?

Proper way is to go into your account then 'Edit your personal information or change your password'. Bottom left hand side is a button or check box can't remember which. Just click on it and an email will be sent to you. Verify the email and the account will be unsubbed with just the remaining time left on it.

I wasn't actually going to post this as you might take it the wrong way coming from me.

Don't go roll but if you really want to there is an better way.

GO OUT IN A BANG, if you get a perma ban then the recuring sub should stop I hope. So spawn 200 non agro gibbai's or something somewhere secret we all know doing that breaks the game for everyone playing so badly that the only result for using such a game breaking bad exploit can only result in a perma ban.

I am glad to see that few of you recognize and appreciate role-play. However, I am not going to continue to contribute financially to support a realm that only wants one flavor of characters role-played.

Yes, I role-played a villain, and did a damn good job at it. Such a good job that I am known for having gassed and killed countless mektroubs that belonged to other homins. That was the persona I created and played. Now out of character, let me set the record straight. Outside of PvP (OP battles) I never killed a mektroub that belonged to another homin without that homin's consent.

The mektroubs that I would gas in places such as Fairhaven, belonged to me or a homin who requested I put there animal down. I was so effective in playing the villain, homing constantly complained that I was gassing mektroubs, such fools. No homin ever complained that I had killed THEIR mektroub, the narrow-minded carebears complained that I committed an atrocity when none in fact occurred.

Good luck with a vanilla white washed version of RP.

Yup hard to see one of the best guys ingame go.
Yes alot of ppl tought you where the baddie but alot of us that had you in our guilds and on our friendlist will always rember you as one of the best most friendly and helpfull homins around and probably one of the best roleplayers aswell :).
Atleast make an f2p or let us know what game you are moving to since ryzom after merge has been such an boring experience that I'm probably not the only one looking for a new game with nice community where I can slack off. (Ryzom after merge hasn't after 1.5years even the same stuff ingame as ryzom pre launch so i don't expect anything happening here soon anyway)

ps. Me, Bina and loads of GoSers (GoJers) are still planning to do the death packer pile up so let us know when you are leaving so we can organize for it
