I`ve found out I can not use teleporter`s services or enter a guild hall. After double clicking at a teleporter or pedestal I get empty window without any text or buttons, so I can click nothing at it. Client: downloaded from official site, Linux, x86_64; account is free for a while.

sounds like your a new player or at least a new toon, as for pedestal's those are for players and guilds that moved their guild halls or apt's to the smaller cities when that option first became available after the merger in 2012.

as for teleporter's you must buy a teleporter pact from either the kami or the karavan, perhaps with more information about your toon and it's fame (i know GotF is kami) i could help you with the process.
ryzom isn't like other games where you go to a teleporter and tell them to send you to X location, you must explore on foot and "trek" to each of the teleporter locations, and then buy a teleport pact to THAT location, thus it's a process to collect all the "tp's" there are many factors to how things work in ryzom, if you are familiar with teamspeak3 contact me and i'll give you the information to connect to a server i use, i'll be happy to help explain things to you the best i can, though i'm sure you could just ask some of the members of your guild, they too would be willing to explain this all to you, the choice is yours.

I believe he's talking about New Horizons "teleporting", which is powered by the same tool (ARCC) as the old guild hall system. So if for some reason it's not working, neither of them will work for you. Have seen 2 guildmates with this problem so far, no fix ...

ahhh ok NH tp's that explains alot, yes if there's a bug with webig (arcc), NH, mara tp's, and the access term's won't work at all for anyone. as for the fix, i don't know one, i know it's random but seams to "fix" it's self alot.

Yes, I`m a new player (since beginning of the year), and yes, I`, talking about NH tp and guild`s pedestals which give the same result for me. Looks like there is no solution? Or is there any alternative way to enter guild hall at least?

there are elevators to gh's located in buildings close to the terminals, perhaps trying to use those might help, it might be that the terminal doesn't work for you because as a new toon you aren't in need of using the "work around" that the terminal provided toons that were here pre-merger.

not sure if this will work, just trying to offer ideas that might work. hope that it works for you and if it does, please let me know here, so i can keep this in mind in the future for others that have this issue.

Unfortunately, the access device is tied to the guild and not the character. So everyone in GotF has to use the orange terminal to access the GH, which is not working as described for Isk.

I believe the next step is filing a bug ticket ..

I`m getting this in sys.info, when double clicking access terminal:

Can't add too much other than I don't think it has anything to do with you being a new character.

This character is just over two weeks old. The old system of walking into the building doesn't work for me, but the device outside the building (work around) does.

Although I don't use Linux so maybe that has something to do with it.

Apartment/Guild Hall entrance:

After server merge and until patch November/December 2012 one could access via elevators etc. After the patch all apartment/GHs bought before patch had to use the glowing access terminal outside entrance to enter (aka ring terminal) and since gameplay now included secondary towns (like Dyron, Avalea, Natae etc), players were given a choice to move their access point to any of those towns.

Any new apartment/Guild Hall bought after this patch can be entered via elevators and NOT via access terminal. There is no option to use access terminal if elevator makes you crash or do not give you an access window.

In other words, the access terminals were a fix to allow guilds and players with old apartments/GH's in capitals a one-time move option out of the capitals and into the secondary towns or a choice of keeping them in the capitals.

Sadly there is a problem for some player to enter buildings, have a look here for those on a linux client.
