This I do disagree with. Swimming in Aeden Aqueous is already a pain without a random timer drowning you.

I never thought of this, but now am more in favour of the idea. :)

I think the confusion is that the OP is stating that alt camping needs to be fixed while Gorran and others are stating that its not the alt camping that needs fixing, it is that boss spawn needs to be revamped.

Maybe indeed there is a lost in translation.
I also agree that the game would be a lot better with random boss timer/spawning.

There will always be players/groups who will hunt bosses regularly but at least this way it could be more up for grabs.

yes more spawn points, and a more random time, something between 8 and 72 hours, and random, very very random, like mixed times and locations, not just the same old spot's over and over and in the same amount of time.

Other games - they give you a cookie whether you succeed or not, in fact you don't even have to participate. Ryzom takes your cookie, eats it in front of you, and slaps you 2 or 3 times for bringing a cookie in the first place.

By the way, Gorran, Yakapo and everyone else who is getting those neat little banner thingys at the bottom of your posts that show played time and last seen?? How do you get those???

Well.. wouldnt be easy to just change the respawn zones on each reboot? each maintenance reboot changes the zones... would this be hard to implement?

Please for the love of Ma-Duk make camping bosses illegal. Everyday I see alts camping boss spawns by people who are too lazy to check the bosses themselves. Why is camping bosses with alts at the spawn site legal? It just means 1 person gets everything whilst the people who actually run and check loose out.

Now comes around the atysmas trees- A gift to atys and what do I see? Someones alts at every single spawn site. Camping is getting stupid and removing the joy for others. Please make it illegal.
