i get this message when trying to open ryzom on win 8

i checked drivers directx yadayada, and it blocks support chat from opening as well saying it will harm my computer? ive also reinstalled win, and ryzom multiple times

the fix is a direct x redistro for direct x 9, i think june of 2010. it will fix the issue, i'm still searching my hard drive for the exact file name for you.

this probem happens on more then just windows 8, that will fix the issue with it not loading and then we'll see you on the big tree. good luck and see you soon.
