True, it was annoying, but a very good incentive to get mastery :D and i usually took the lower q picks to another region to lvl.

Agree with Cathach. Faction picks are useless before you first mastery (situation is same in all nations).

In my not so humble opinion they are rather pointless to bother with even if you *are* a master.

+1 Cathach and also maybe if they had 1000hp rather than the standard 100?

At the moment i'm not even slightly tempted to spend that many faction points on them; at the rate i go through picks.

It's nice to have a bit of extra focus when you pop the odd supreme in PR (or even for "regular" excellents above ground, some are in awful spots). For regular digging though.. yeah not worth bothering.
