Who does not love Cookies? :) I am glad to see this section moved to the guild registry section of the forums. It shows that we are being taken seriously in our endeavor to make time spent in Ryzom more pleasant for all.

I just want to know why everyone was looking at my ass during the Yubobowl winning pics? I still haven't gotten my Title BTW >:(

COOKIES EVENTS

• Gladiator wars (2v2) - open to everyone (anual & 2013 & seccond one planned september 2014)
• Find the spot - open to everyone (ongoing on forums)
• Atys Travelling Market - open to everyone (planned & will ongoing event)
• Atyslympics (in the works early 2015) 
• Yuboball championship (in the works end of 2014)
• Miss alternate Atys, everyone would be able to vote (something we are thinking about maybe summer 2015)
• More to come...

There is alot more in the pipline, next event ideas might include: yubo ball,kittin rugby, marathon of the lakes, pyr bar comedy night, pvp with q50 gen gear, if we can get a q50 op maybe fun themed op wars, long distance jumping, swimming competitions, dress up competitions, boksing, sharp shooting, atyslympics, weightlifting, and so on ...

These are the first two rites at fyros area. I will add as I do them. Please tell me if there are english grammar errors, mistypes and/or content omissions that could be useful. Keep in mind the objective is not to give a detailed information but a step by step type approach.

because i keep getting a little worry from players in guilds about joining cookies, i would like to explain a little more about us once again:

to be a cookie you DO NOT need to leave the guild your in. (many cookies, myself included are in a real guild already and cookies is an idea more then a physical guild, an idea that ryzom is fun and intended to be played with others)

to be a cookie you DO NOT need to change your personal roleplay. (we don't let the Role Play stop us from just playing the game, role play is good, but you don't have to do it 100% of the time)

to be a cookie you SHOULD like to make friends. (because cookies is about making friends in game that you might not have meet because of the in-game politics or role play)

to be a cookie you SHOULD enjoy playing ryzom. (for any reason there is)

there's many more reasons to be a cookie as well, but these are the core of cookies. also if you have a love for helping others in the game, weather for training skills, providing a craft skill for others when needed, to enjoy digging (if that's your thing), trekking, hunting, even just slacking at the stables or your local marauder campfire, you can be a cookie.

biggest reason i've posted this is because i've had players tell me in game "i want to be a cookie, but i don't want to have to leave my current guild." and then i have to explain again that you don't have to, that cookies is a "guild made of many different guilds."

yes cookies has guild halls (yes the "s" is correct) because some of our serious cookies wanted to make sure we had storage for anything we need, and a place to store the mat's some cookies like to dig, as well as the nice gear that some cookies like to craft. but those are for the cookies that want to have a home of their own, for the better of the entire group.

if anyone has any questions, there's a contact list for cookies in this thread, but your more then welcome to send me a tell (or in game e-mail if i'm afk) and ask, i'll do my best to help. also cookies is for both new and old players, we have players that are cookies that just started playing ryzom in the last few days, and cookies that have been playing since beta, so no matter how much or how little you know about ryzom, anyone can be a cookie, just keep in mind we do strive to be friendly and helpful to all cookies, and most (though not all due to their in game role play) will extend that friendly and helpful way of life to all homin's on atys.
