First of all I want to say how much I'm enjoying this game, I am only 2 days into the trial but I can see myself falling in love with it already.

I have a problem with one of the quest in the starting area called Merry harvester #2 where you are supposed to use the 4 healing mixture on 4 Fresh Goo eruptions, I accidentally deleted one of the 4 healing mixture when i was emptying my bag and cannot complete the quest anymore. I believe it is not possible to abandon the quest and retake it so i am at a loss as to what to do with it. If I were to join a group of people who had the same quest and do it together would that work?

i can only suggest you contact a gm on the support help line they may be able to reset your quest

If you have deleted one of the mixtures, I or another GM will have to reset your mission for you. We can only do that if you are online; so you will have to catch us then.

Enter /who gm and check your sysinfo tab to see if a GM is online and/or ask in /universe chat. If all else fails you can submit a support ticket ( "?" icon on the taskbar and choose support.) or even download, install and use CeB.

someone from novices says me, trial accounts can't use CeB... 8) maybe that wrong, maybe not...

Trial accounts can use CeB, until the trial is over, then you need to subscribe in order to access CeB
