(OOC: I hope this forum is the right one to use for matters like this. I have been pointed to the fact that not everyone from the French community regularily takes a look at the English forums that most of us German-speaking players use for "international" purposes. So I will post this letter here even though I do not speak French at all, which I apologize for. Hope it's alright. Honored imperial Senators!

I have a warning to voice and politely ask of you to take this warning into consideration.

1. you might remember that Akenak Icus has uttered an insult towards the Matis ("Again, the Matis are irrevelant and completely stupid but it's in (their) nature") during the first Assembly of the Full Akenak and Government of Pyr on Thermis 7th in the first cycle of AtysYear 2572 (OOC: February 24th 2013). All Fyros-authorities, the Senate and even the respectable Sharükos Lykos, have been present and have not commented this incident at all.

Surely they must have overheard this during the tumultuous and loud assembly, however they also chose to stay silent after a note of protest has been written by Filira Salazar Caradini and even after an ultimatum was issued by the Matis Chamber of Nobles with the prospect to stop diplomatic contacts.

Akenak Icus chose to stay silent. All other Fyros-authorities did so as well.
The current consequence is that the Matis will now withdraw their ambassadors and will have the Fyros-ambassadors leave the kingdom. This could have been prevented.

But Silence has made it happen.

2. you know that I have asked the most honorable Sharükos Lykos to please pronounce judgement about the Akenak Icus, Rollocks and Gunbra who were spreading defamatory rumours about my humble self. I have written an open letter on Nivia 27th in the first cycle of 2572 (OOC: March 6th 2013). On Thermis 6th in the second cycle of AtysYear 2572 (OOC: March 14th 2013) I was told that the letter has been forwarded to the honored Emperor.

No reactions are known to me as of yet, and the rumors have of course spread further up until now; even troublemakers have been making use of this to wage conflict between the Fyros people and Zorai people.
I wanted to prevent exactly this from happening by addressing the honored Sharükos.

But silence has made this matter worse.

3. please consider this most of all: if the Emperial authorities should now even go so far as to allow Akenak Icus to lead the next Assembly of the full Akenak in Pyr once again on Thermis 5th in the fourth cycle of 2572 (OOC: April 19th 2013), this might even more be viewed as an ratifying of Akenak Icus' disposition and alignment; his loathing of the Matis people and his contempt towards some features of us Zorai as well that have been made public.

If you let Akenak Icus speak for all of the Akenak at the next Assembly this will definitely be taken as your official approval of Icus' wishes about future relations of the Empire with other nations.

Silence might lead to serious conflicts.

4. An old Zorai-saying goes like this: "Silence can speak louder than words".
The latest developments of political events have already proved this. Did they not?

Please do not ignore the impact of your own silence any longer.
The consequences might get more and more severely.
At one point it might even be too late to make undone what silence has alreday set in motion.

J'ai un avertissement à prononcer et je vous demande poliment de bien vouloir le prendre en considération.

1. Vous vous rappellerez peut être l'insulte émise par l'akenak Icus envers les Matis lors de la première assemblée nationale des akenak de Pyr le 7 Thermis du premier cycle de l'année 2572 (HRP: 24 Février 2013). Toutes les autorités Fyros, le sénat et même le respecté Sharükos Lykos étaient présent et aucun n'a commenté cet incident.

Ils est possible qu'ils ne l'aient pas entendu au milieu du tumulte de l'assemblée, néanmoins ils ont choisi de rester silencieux après qu'une lettre de protestation fut écrite par Salazar Caradini et même après un ultimatum émis par la chambre de nobles menaçant de couper les relations diplomatiques.

L'akenak Icus a choisi de rester silencieux, tout comme les autorités.
La conséquence actuelle est que les Matis ont maintenant choisi de retirer tous leurs ambassadeurs et demandé aux ambassadeurs Fyros de quitter le Royaume. Cela aurait pu être évité.

Mais le silence l'a provoqué.

2. Vous savez que j'ai demandé au respectable Sharükos Lykos de bien vouloir prononcer un jugement sur les akenak Icus, Rollocks et Gunbre qui ont diffusé des rumeurs diffamatoires sur moi même. J'ai écrit une lettre ouverte le 27 Nivia du 1er cycle 2572 (HRP: 6 mars 2013). Le 6 Thermis du 2è cycle 2572 (14 mars 2013) il m'a été répondu que la lettre avait été transmise à l'Empereur.

Aucune réaction de m'a été rapportée, et depuis les rumeurs se sont bien sur propagées encore plus. Des fauteurs de troubles ont même profité de la situation pour attiser le conflit entre les peuples Fyros et Zoraï.
Je voulais prévenir exactement cette situation en adressant ma lettre au Sharükos.

Mais le silence l'a empirée.

3. Veuillez considérer ceci : si les autorités impériales vont jusqu'à autoriser encore une fois l'akenak Icus à diriger la prochaine assemblée nationale des akenak à Pyr le 5 Thermis du 4è cycle 2572 (HRP: 19 avril 2013), cela pourrait être vu comme une approbation des pensées et agissements de l'akenak Icus, sa haine du peuple Matis et son mépris de certains aspects du peuples zoraï.

Si vous laissez l'akenak Icus parlez pour tous les akenak lors de la prochaine assemblée, nous le prendrons définitivement comme une approbation officielle des vues de l'akenak Icus concernant les relations de l'Empire.

Le silence pourrait mener à de sérieux conflits.

4. Un ancien dicton zoraï va ainsi : "Le silence peut dire bien plus que des mots".
Les derniers développements politiques illustrent bien ce proverbe, ne trouvez vous pas ?

Merci de ne pas ignorer l'impact de votre silence plus longtemps.
Les conséquences pourrait être de plus en plus graves.
Passé un certains point il pourrait même être trop tard pour effacer ce que le silence a déjà mis en marche.
