Report from the assembly of Quarta, Medis 28, 1st AC 2572 in Pyr.
Presents akenak : Arrlon, Bardor, Daavics, Gunbra, Icus
Lykos, Abycus Zekops and Dios Apotheps as well as some imperial clerks were presents.

A memorial walk for Emperor Dexton and victims of the second swarm took place before the assembly. Patriots gathered around the coffin of Emperor Dexton and could hear the speeches of Xania and Lykos.

Law on weapon carrying
On akenak Arrlon request, a law against weapon carrying in assembly has been proposed and unanimously accepted.

Imperial tournament
An imperial tournament will be held in the burning desert, including the following trials :
- day 1 : Fyros guild will parade in front of sharükos who will elect the best display.
- day 1 : Friendly fight against the Burning Faces. Individual patriots and small guilds are allowed to group.
- day 2 : Crafting contest to produce the best akenak outfit
- day 2 : Tales of historical events where patriots will choose the best told.
- day 3 : Strength display from fyros guilds against captured kitins.
Project was accepted, patriots who wish to involve themselves in organisation are welcome.

Water-road
Taliari proposed the reopening of the water-road.
The zoraï circles introduced a water well project which they are still discussing.
Both projects were accepted. Akenak Bardor will be in charge of water-road negotiations and akenak Arrlon will join the Zoraï project.

Ambassadors
Akenak Arrlon will be ambassador for Zoraï and Matis people.
Akenak Bardor will be ambassador for Tryker people.
Patriot Lerya asked to be ambassador as well but this is an office reserved to akenak.

Desert defense
Akenak Icus proposed a law :After a long talk, Emperor Lykos argued that this law was against the treaty between the four nations which forbids governments to involve themselves in outpost conflicts.

Present akenak : Bardor, Icus, Lerya, Malin, Stiara, Thols.

New akenak
Thols introduced himself as Thesos akenos.
Stiara introduced herself as Dyron akenos.
Lerya was appointed Pyr akenos by Dios Apotheps.

Termites project
Patriot Geyos informed the assembly that experiments are going quite well and that he is now able to fully explain the termite mound cycles. He also adressed Kachina's concerns about experiments containment.

Foreign relations
The Matis people decided to withdraw their ambassadors from the Empire. The akenak assembly did not wished to act in reply.

akenak uniform
Some akenak, supported by celiakos, explained that they would like that the akenak uniform be worn by all akenak during assemblies. Akenak Malin and Stiara opposed this, and after a long debate it was proposed that they would discuss it further with their local assembly. It was also proposed that the uniform composition could eventually by changed.

Assemblies calendar
Akenak Bardor made a proposition to adopt a 1 / 1 alternation between local and national assemblies (as opposed to 2 / 1 currently). The goal is to avoid dismissing some local assemblies due to lack of participants, and have more regular meetings between the Fyros cities. The proposition was unanimously approved.

Pyr market
A market is being held every season (every wednesday) is front of the Pyr Kami altar by patriot Fyrenskaken.

Assembly location
The current assembly room arrangement was judged inappropriate by some akenak, and it was decided that the next assembly would be moved to the Agora.

Atreus investigation
Akenak Icus said he met the mysterious homin and that in fact he is not marauder, and not himself a trytonnist. He did not wished to say more for now.

Assembly protocol
It is reminded that patriots and other homins attending the assembly and who wish to speak must before ask to do so and wait until given voice by the presiding akenak.
