I never heard back from Winch Gate, so I guess that's my answer. They don't want me doing the blog anymore, so as of today it's going on indefinite hiatus. 

However, I've not ruled out the possibility that Winch Gate might actually like the concept if it were run by someone else. So, I'll leave it up for a bit and if anyone wants to have the proverbial torch passed to 'em, let me know. I'd very much like to see it continue, but at this time cannot take the risk.

Which reminds me - it DOES come with personal risk as a writer because of the company's VERY poor track record when it comes to communication. (I mean, hell, the December newsletter almost took until January to release, didn't it?) So, to any pros out there considering the task, be warned.

Sorry gang. I wish I had a pile of tips and tricks for you under the tree today, but instead...
