Do not know if this is mentioned before, but would it be possible to implement a window that contains all 200 actions in one view, so that it is easier to move them around and reorganize? Would be awsome, thanks :)

That sounds like a great idea.  It is possible even now to do copy and paste and cut and paste, but it's not as convenient.

I think the action bars are stored server-side however, so it might not be easy.

Maybe the reorg could be temporarily client-side only, until you click on "keep" or "save" or something. So: add a gui element upon which users can click which opens a new window. The window hosts all 200 actions, supports drag and drop. There are two additional "save" and "cancel" buttons.

Great suggestion! When you learn the bombs and additional magics at lvl 50, 125 or so, it's necessary to reorg all magic. And the same for digging, when achieving all the country specialties
