You can talk to CSRs to be excepted from this rule.Nakari, there is no announcement on our forums because the devs/CSRs don't care about English players.

No, if there is no English announcement of this policy change, then it is fraudulent for Winch Gate to take such action against paying accounts and I'll just dispute the credit card charges for all the accounts in the house. I won't do business with such underhandedness.

Crailus (atys)You can talk to CSRs to be excepted from this rule.Its going to be a pain in the ass either way, im pretty sure most people have a dynamic IP adress, so even when they have one IP whitelisted, when it changes they will have to get themselves whitelisted every time

That one statement I cannot find also mentioned that this would restrict families or larger households, and that they do not intend this. So if any family or household has a problem with this the poster encouraged to file a ticket, so they can look into this and fix it. So there seems to be some kind of white list of accounts.
