The banner was re-generated with new key just 6 days ago. And since I can make it appear by right clicking, and selecting view image, it appears something in browser config has suddenly decided that it doesn't like it anymore. Ir something new with the banners has offended the browser config

Or something new in your browser config has offended the banners. I see your banner just fine. If you're using FF they've been doing a lot of mods recently.
