Does anyone know what will happen with duplicate names from different servers?
Do we get a server tag or something? If so, will the server tag be visible or invisible?

And do we know how the new server will be named?

In past server merges (Windermeer into Arispotle and Cho into Arispotle), in cases of duplicate names the newer character was renamed by adding a "z" to the end of their name. A player whose character was renamed was allowed to request a custom renaming after the fact.
Those are the details as I remember them. My memory might not be entirely correct.
