From last Patchlog:
"* Organizations
o An Organization is not a Civilization or a Cult, but a group of homins with the same goal. Some examples of Organizations are: Marauders, Trytonists, Rangers.
o Players can only be part of one Organization at a time.
o Players can join an Organization by passing a rite (at the moment, only the Marauders but others can be added later).
o Each Organization will have fame requirements to enable the rite. The sage (or equivalent) of the Organization will give more information.
o Players can win Organization points (like civilization points).

* Marauder's Gameplay
o Players who join the Marauder Organization will have access to their own merchants, trainers, guild halls and rooms.
o Marauders plan to make their teleport system available to players who join their Organization.

Where can i find the Marauder Sages? Can you be Marauder and Kami / Karavan at the same time?

You will be able to find the sage once the marauder camp will be implemented in the southwest of Hidden Source. And no, you can't, as minimum fame requirement for marauders is -40 in all civ and cults.

wow, -40 fame...
i am relatively new to Ryzom, can someone explain me how to get such a low fame, and if this is mainly a very high level thing, or also available for people below level 200?

You can get your fame down easily by revoking citizenships and/or religions you don't have.

But you need to know that city guards in capitals will kill you on sight at -40.

Do they? I thought they were starting to attack below -50 like tribe guards etc.

I always have to laugh when I see potential marauders complain about the fame requirements or the guards attacking them. What do they expect, to be marauders *and* Karavan followers? To be marauders and accepted by the world they threatened?

That is right, recently. But when the marauder city has been installed, you cannot pass the marauder sage's rite allowing to use marauder merchants and teacher, to buy apartments and guildhalls in the marauder camp, or to receive teleport crystals and to use the marauders' Zinuakeen teleporters. For the marauders' rite -40 civ and cult is a prerequisite.

I tried that, but it's not possible. They only tell me: "You are not a cititzen. I have no time to waste." But I dont lose fame.
Anyone has got experience what's the most efficient way to lose fame? :D

That should be enough, just click through all the bubbles and he'll get annoyed at you and remove a fame point.

you can also just start beating up the guards but that'll get messy :)
