Hey Atysians!

Are you in college and looking to earn a little extra cash this summer? Ryzom is participating in Google Summer of Code 2012 and you could earn USD$5000 developing for Ryzom this summer. The program runs from May 21st through August 20th. The student application period is between March 26th and April 6th. Check here for a complete timeline! This is Ryzom's 3rd year of participation under the umbrella of the WorldForge project.

I'm really hoping to get more attention from the player community since they have a pretty good feeling of what needs to be fixed or could be added to improve Ryzom. I derived a good number of ideas from the ideas forum... So what do you say players? Want some awesome new feature? Why not make it and get paid for it!

Actually I work in the Ryzom Core community - which is the independent open source community. No one pays me, it's all a voluntary hobby.
