I disagree. If there is an exploit like this, only fair thing to do is let everyone know about it.

Today I was accused by an automatic text to exploit bugs in the professions system. Surprised and embarrassed, I checked hat I might have done. I know that there is a bug in that system allowing exploits, I reported that bug months before. While I would not assert that I never took any advantage out of it, I never used it systematically, and today, I clearly did not do anything which had to do with that bug or exploit. Yet, giving the affair a second thought, I recognized that I might have used water carrier profession earlier than after 20 hrs. As I was disconnected forcibly by a client dc caused by my DSL I was unaware thereof. The menacing and accusing text of the message gave me a not so warm welcome, and I consider it somewhat counterproductive. In case users have to check by themselves not to underflow the 20hrs deadline, please inform about publicly, and give a somewhat more friendly warning.
