Whenever I feel like leveling jewelry, I ask for CPers in Dyron, having reached the f2p cap there. But I don't have a set time. I just ask (in order): previous CPers on my friends list, uni. I'd stick the custom channel second if there was one and it seemed there was enough attendance to bother.

Yeah, when the channel isn't official and/or auto joined at login, it doesn't seem to work.
