I was able to create an account once I had installed the game just fine (was redirected to me.ryzom.com.

But during install there was an option to create an account or login and I entered everything, did the captcha and clicked create and nothing happened, and the account was never created. Tried it multiple times.

If not easily fixed maybe just remove account login/creation during install because it might make people think the game is broken even before install is complete.

I tested it and had no problems. However, I know it can be temperamental... and then I might as well harmonise everything. Ryztart now offers a button that redirects to the site to create an account.
