Cher Support,

J'ai pu fouler l'Ecorce il y a quelques années et j'ai bien envie de m'y remettre !
Mais il y a un point que je ne comprends pas.

Je voudrais utiliser mon ancien compte ("barukaa") pour créer un nouveau perso, mais l'interface de connexion me dit que mon abo doit être actif pour me connecter (error 3011).

Si mon ancien perso n'a pas été supprimé par la migration, il a plusieurs compétences > 125.

Mais ce ne n'est pas ce perso que je veux jouer pour le moment. Je souhaite juste créer un nouveau perso, mais sur le même compte. Est-ce possible ? ou bien dois-je forcément avoir un nouveau compte ?
Ca me permettrait de retenter l'aventure à mon rythme et pourquoi pas par la suite reprendre mon réabo.

Précision : en attendant, j'ai créé ce nouveau compte avec lequel j'écris ...

Your old account barukaa has been subscribed once in summer 2012 and this is why you get the error code. You can't reuse this account without subscribing it. Your old characters can be restored, please read http://app.ryzom.com/app_forum/index.php?page=topic/view/17286/1# 1 (french version) for more info on how to do this. 

If you want to explore Atys again without subscribing, you can create a character on your newly created account.
