TECHNICAL SUPPORT / WEB APPs BUGS

I tried 5 times, it all said network error after a several minutes. At first, I got it to .6 GB before it stopped. Now it doesn't even start downloading. Everything else works fine. I can download other mmos just fine. I tried using a different browser but it didn't work.

Speaking as a user, not anyone with real ability to fix things, are you using direct download or torrent? Direct seems to work better than torrent for me (west coast USA).

If your internet is flaky, try downloading it at a different time of day. Also try re-booting your router and DSL modem before you attempt downloading.

I always suggest writing to the CSRs at support@ryzom.com in addition to posting here in the support forums. These are read and responded to, but doubling up on your request doesn't hurt.
