Seems that is important to know, because if you make a macro to target and entity, how would you spell it? Jin-Bai or jinbai? Or, does it matter?

If you just use /tar Jin then it doesn't matter either way. ;) But it is Jinbaï and you need the ï and not an i if you spell it out.
